We start with only the freshest snakehead fish, carefully selected and prepped right after harvest. The fish is then steamed to perfection, ensuring tender and flaky meat. We separate the meat, roe, bones, and head. The bones and head are simmered to create a flavorful broth. The fish meat is marinated with a blend of fragrant spices like pepper, chili, and shallots.

Finally, the complete dish is carefully packaged, flash-frozen to lock in freshness, and kept refrigerated for optimal quality.
